Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business das to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! If your order includes an item that is printed on-demand (i.e The R Bar, NIL Merchandise) please allow 5-7 business days. 

DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. These are real time rates calculated by the shipping services.

We also offer international shipping to hundreds of countries. Knight and Day Apparel is not held responsible for international charges having to be paid at international destinations, etc. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount back to the credit/debit card on file. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at knightanddayapparel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Knight and Day Apparel is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
